Designed to improve your core strength, flexibility and postural muscles. These classes use breathing techniques to assist movement and improve the function of the respiratory system

 

YOGA

Use this opportunity to ease tension, and revitalize your body and mind.  Learn to develop a positive attitude, increase your strength and flexibility .  Please bring a towel or a light blanket

 

CORE STRENGTH

This class focuses on core body strength to achieve that 6pack you've always wanted. With the use of swiss balls and medicine balls you will feel the crunch in no time!

 

BODY WEIGHT CIRCIUT

This is a jam packed class that incoporates a complete body workout. This involves a body weight circuit which is sure to improve strength, increase lean muscle and tone your entire body!

 

BOXING CLASS

Cardio workout with a punch! (Non combat) This Adrenaline pumping class, not only works your upper body to the max, and is great for toning those arms, but will have your heart rate elevated to burn those calories.

 

SPIN SESSION

Is an indoor cycling program for developing cardiovascular capacity, burning up to 800 calories in one 45 minute session. Sweat Session is a favourite for those wanting to reduce body fat

CARDIO COMBO

This lunch time class is for those who want a quick  cardio workout but only have a short time to get that heart rate pumping, We have included a bit of everything, and will depend on what you want to work on that day!!
