Free Fitness Assessments

As part of your Fitness Program a personal health and fitness assessment is a great way to start your training. Our experienced instructors will examine your goals and your current fitness level to design an appropriate exercise program that is specifically for you.

The assessment will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. A second appointment will be made to guide you through your program for the first time.
